The race is put on by a generous and hardworking group of volunteers. All proceeds from the Reach the Peak Race directly benefit the A+ After School Programs through financial aid for participants and by supporting enrichment activities in academics, the arts, youth development & recreation.
Join the RTP Planning Committee to connect with sponsors, promote the event and all the other background tasks involved in planning a race. Meetings are typically on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 5:45 pm @ Parkside School in Wautoma. Call or email for the next meeting date.

Registration Volunteers (hand out pre-registered packets & shirts, help with new registrations)
Kid's Fun Run Helpers (direct children on the course)
Finish Line Helpers (collect bib numbers)
Hydration Station Teams (hand out water to runners for the 5K and 15K)
Refueling Station (hand out and sell food and beverage items before/during/after the race)
Awards Assistant (help hand out awards after each race)
Parking Directors (help direct cars as they arrive)
Brat Fry (help prep area, grill & sell)
Volunteers are needed to help serve the dinner at Parkside school and to hand out goody bags, t-shirts and race packets for pre-registered participants and help new participants to register. Approximately 5 - 8:30 pm Friday, October 13th.
Help to clear the hill of any hazards, mark hazards and mark the race route the weekend prior to the race and the Friday before the race at Nordic Mountain.
